I had the opportunity on Friday, January 2nd to participate in a three hour workshop, “The Game of Sales” with Mark LeBlanc. Mark is a nationally recognized speaker and past president of the National Speakers Association. Mark, knocked it out of the park!
Yes, I was a participant and yes, I invest in my personal and professional development each year. This was held the day after New Years day and the room was packed with sales people hungry to learn.
My big takeaway from Mark’s workshop was this, “What you do everyday is more important than what you do once in a while.”
For years I have said that there are no secrets to sales success. Sales is a highly disciplined activity repeated everyday. It’s 2015 and it’s time to get back to the basics. You ask, what are the basics?
