I consider the Sales Prospecting Gold Standard to be an approved model for prospecting that I have tested over the past 35 years.

The foundation of this standard is built on three questions.

  1. Who is your target audience and where are they located?
  2. What tools are you going to use to connect and engage with your target audience?
  3. What tactics are you going to implement to get their attention to get in the door?
