  1. What has to happen over the next week, month or year for me to feel happy and confident about my progress?
  2. Make a list of all of the different activities you are involved in each day or week.
  3. Take your list and circle the 3 most important activities that you need to focus on that will help you accomplish the answer to the first question.
  4. Plan all of your activities in advance. Proper planning equals peak performance.
  5. One of the keys to successful planning is to plan out when you are going to tackle certain activities. For example: prospecting, meetings, follow-up calls, proposals, paperwork, etc. Plan it all in advance and block similar activities together.
