- Make a list of all of the different activities you are involved in each day or week.
- Take your list and circle the 3 most important activities that you need to focus on that will help you accomplish the answer to the first question.
- Plan all of your activities in advance. Proper planning equals peak performance.
- One of the keys to successful planning is to plan out when you are going to tackle certain activities. For example: prospecting, meetings, follow-up calls, proposals, paperwork, etc. Plan it all in advance and block similar activities together.
