It's springtime every day in sales. How many seeds are you going to plant today? The key is plant some. Why? So you have a big harvest in the “fall”. Sales is really pretty simple: tell your sales story (plant) to as many of the right people as you can every day. In fall it is too late to decide how big of a crop you want to harvest.
Having observed thousands of salespeople over the years, one of the biggest reasons salespeople fail is they don't “plant enough seeds”.
