Question: Is calling a prospect on the phone a lost art?
In my opinion it is a lost art. You can hide behind email, social media. You can go to endless networking events but at the end of the day, you still need to make the call. The telephone is the most effective sales tool today. It is so much easier to pick up the phone and leave a voicemail that motivates the prospect or customer to call you back. I not sure what your inbox looks like, but email is that last thing I pay attention to.
