When was the last time you called a customer and because you were not prepared you confused them? Have you ever heard the saying you have one opportunity to make a strong first impression. So often when we have had a customer for a long period of time we get casual and too relaxed. Remember this, being casual brings casualty. With this call “What's goin' on?” says it all.
