Social Media Marketing World was held last week in San Diego. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend. However, I followed many of the conversations and talks on Twitter using the hashtag #SMMW2015.

John mentioned the customer service revolution is a contact sport and the new way to market. He also talked about how critical it is to stop competing on price and start competing on the customer experience. Starbucks has been doing this for years.
