Objections help you to clarify what is on the prospect or customers mind. In order for you to help the prospect or customer with their problems, it’s important to understand what and where are the roadblocks. In other words, what concerns do they have about what you are offering.
This week I’m doing something different, you will hear a recording of an actual sales call. This call is a great example of working with objections and ultimately setting the appointment. And remember, the parts of the call you cannot understand I have garbled somebodies name for confidentiality reasons.
