		<description>All these are great suggestions.  I also think in a cross of what to do and not do for me is:  picking the fruitful networking events that I enjoy and are a win/win for me and the folks there.  Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in just going and feeling like you are doing something but one of my goals this year is to be more targeted.
